For an application question or an issue report, please include:

1. Application name and version, if applicable
2. Your macOS version
3. A description of the issue or question
4. Steps to reproduce the issue and the result you expected

If you include a screenshot, remove personal information first. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment card details.
